5 deals we predict will sell out on Prime Day 2024 (2024)

Amazon’s massive Prime Day 2024 will kick off on July 16 and we’re already anticipating some big deals to drop.

Prime Day has traditionally had the best discounts of the year from Amazon across all product categories, including electronics, home goods, kitchen appliances, fashion, beauty and more.

We don’t expect this year’s two-day sale to be any different. However, we are anticipating some hot-ticket items to sell out quickly. We saw several high-demand products disappear lightning-fast last year and we expect the best deals from Prime Day 2024 to do the same.

To help prepare you, here are our predictions for Prime Day 2024′s most-wanted items to sell out.

Apple iPad (9th Gen)

We predict that Amazon will offer a mega deal on the Apple iPad (9th Gen) during Prime Day. Last year, there was a huge $79 price cut on this Apple device, which dropped its price to $250, instead of $329.

Currently, the Apple iPad (9th Gen) is on sale in an early Prime Day deal for $249. We expect this price to drop even cheaper, especially as Apple released new iPad models earlier this year and based on Amazon’s Black Friday sale price of $230.

We don’t expect any super-low pricing on this iPad to last for long, so you’ll want to grab this anticipated deal as soon as you can. You’ll also want to keep an eye out for a rare price cut on the iPad (10th Gen) to save on too.

Dyson Airwrap

The Dyson Airwrap continues to be one of the hottest wishlist items of the year and we don’t expect that to change over Prime Day. This beloved hair tool rarely goes on sale, but we do think we’ll see a sweet markdown during Prime Day.

We predict that the Dyson Airwrap will be reduced by $100-$125 for Prime Day, based on its sale price over Black Friday. This could drop its price tag to from $599 to $499-$480 or lower.

However, this high-demand beauty item is going to get scooped up fast. As we mentioned, the Dyson Airwrap hardly ever goes on sale, so if Amazon does offer a discount over Prime Day, you’ll want to speed to checkout to purchase it.

Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker

We have seen the Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker become a quick favorite among ice cream fans and we anticipate this big-favorite kitchen appliance to sell out if a discount is offered.

The Ninja CREAMi has been on sale previously with discounts as much as $66 off or more on Amazon. We think we’ll see a similar markdown over Prime Day and we know if we do, it will disappear quickly because this viral appliance is highly sought-after.

BISSELL Little Green Carpet Cleaner

The BISSELL Little Green Carpet Cleaner is one of those home products you can’t live without. This is why we saw this portable carpet and upholstery cleaner sell out on the first day of Prime Day last year.

We do expect that Amazon will offer a big discount on the Little Green Carpet Cleaner again for Prime Day 2024 which could drop its price significantly. Last year, it was on sale for $86, instead of $124 in a super deal that took off and sold out faster than ever. This was one of Amazon’s reported best sellers from Prime Day 2023, in fact.

Wireless Headphones

If you’re a music fan, you already know the importance of having a good pair of wireless headphones. We know too and that’s why we predict that there will be several headphone deals for Prime Day 2024 with the best ones will selling out.

We’re expect there to be some big discounts from top headphone brands, such as Beats, Sony, Bose, and possibly on Apple’s AirPods Max. We found some major deals on headphones last year during Prime Day, and we believe we’ll see markdowns this year too.

However, wireless headphones will be one of the hottest tech products we predict will sell out fast over Prime Day 224.
