We decided to use Cort (Capitol Heights Location) to rent furniture for our son's apartment and we are beyond glad and overjoyed that we did. The cost was so reasonable and our rental consultant, Ari Kapner, made the experience so easy and effortless. He was attentive to details and caring and did the most amazing job communicating and making sure everything went smoothly. And the pieces he chose were absolutely perfect. They were classic and understated and just right for a college student. Our expectations were definitely exceeded and I highly recommend them. They are full service and first class. They walk you through the process from start to finish and they not only deliver furniture, but help you set it up. Beyond happy and grateful for making what could have been an exhausting process, easy and not stressful. THANK YOU!

I want to thank Ari Kapner for his extraordinary customer service throughout the move i just coordinated for an out-of-town family member. Moving is stressful enough, but when a number of glitches arose that were not CORT's fault, Ari could have just as easily said "sorry this is your problem, not ours." But he didn't. Instead he said, "we're here for you and we're going to make this work." He focused on continuing to coordinate the move and keeping the lines of communication between us open, so that no further problems would delay the move. Ari's amazing concern and caring will bring me back to him and CORT when I need additional furniture rental services.

Just got our furniture delivered today and we couldn’t be happier. A huge shoutout to Ari Kapner who made the process extremely smooth and was accommodating the whole way out. Definitely recommend going with CORT for buying or even leasing furniture.

Ari Kapner worked diligently with me to order the correct amount and type of furniture for a studio apartment in an Assisted Living building. Ari gave clear instructions so I could move about the Cort Furniture website and see the sofas, chairs and TV tables he recommended. The furniture was delivered last Friday. All the pieces ordered compliment one another and they fit well together in the small space. Thank you Ari Kapner!!

The Hampton Park Blvd had a very nice selection of items, that doesnt look like cookie cutter furniture from big box stores. The staff (Jay and Brandi) were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend

After I reached out for assistance Ari Kapner immediately began assisting me. We spoke over the phone and he helped me choose the right packages to fit my needs. The delivery occurred on the promised date and the driver called when they were en route to ensure they would have access to the property. Furniture was staged in the apt before i arrived. From a customer service perspective it was a five star experience.

It seems fitting to leave a thankful review on Thanksgiving. Erika Thomas was so helpful in the furniture selection process. Corinth Harryson went above and beyond when billing & insurance issues arised. Stacia Hall helped us navigate billing and delivery issues when we were not there to receive the furniture. You could probably tell that we had some trouble with the billing team, but everyone I interacted with directly ensured us things will be fine- and it all worked out.

My girlfriend and I shopped at many stores looking for contemporary furniture for our home, but we kept coming back to Cort. Nowhere else did we find a combination of quality, price, and personal attention? Our designer did a great job working with us - giving great ideas and steering us in the right direction.
