My visit was quick and Igot everything Ineeded taken careof.. Ireally appreciatedit. Other than the lidocaine needle going all the way through mytoe. Could have paid alittle more attention tothat.

We had anhour and half wait time which went faster than expected. The vitals nurse was great. Our drwas kind but did not thoroughly checkme. Ishowed upwith ahigh blood pressure and migraine which hedidn’t even address. Did not look inmy ears, did not look upmy nose (for sinus infection) did not look down mythroat until Itold him how badly ithurt, then hesaid “oh itlooks great!!” Only listened tomy lungs and heart. Just after wehave topay ahigh price, plus wait along time, onthe Drend please make usfeel like you checked everything.… – show

Everyone was sokind and took care ofme sowell. Itwent from avisit tothe urgent care torule out any serious concerns about minor tomoderate stomach pain Ihad into finding out ashort time after that Iwould need myappendix removed. AsI said, Everyone Iencountered was kind and the care Ireceived was top notch!! Special thanks tomy surgeon who made apoint ofstopping bythe morning after tocheck upon meand let meknow some details about how the surgery had gone. Much appreciated!

Went toa different Intermountain Instacare location and got aprescription. Bythe time Ifound out the pharmacy was out ofthe medication, the instacare location Ihad gone towas closed. Icalled here hoping they'd beable tohelp and was pleasantly surprised they went out oftheir way tohelp meand did itquickly.

I arrived atthe Urgent Care interrible pain. Myson had togo park soI had acane trying toget inside. Right away, ayoung lady came tomy assistant. She was polite and asked ifI was going tothe InstaCare. Isaid yes and assisted meto get amask onand get ina wheelchair. Wow she was amazing. Istarted tocheck inand then myson came inand did the rest. Although Iwas inso much pain, that was some great customer service right there.
I took amoment asI was leaving toexpress mygratitude toher. While Iwas doing this she saw another family coming and ran totheiraid. Thanks Cami for the amazing care atthe forefront.… – show00

The front reception was friendly and helpful. The wait wasn’t toobad. Iwas tested for CoVID itwas negative. But Iwasn’t even checked for anything else. Iam still very sick with coughing and congestion. Ifeel like Ishould have had amore complete exam.
It seemed like all they focused onwas CoVID.00
