It’s Monday, which means we could all benefit from some energetic music to jumpstart our morning.

When not performing, he’s 24-year-old Max Arney, whose love of electronic music led him to attend IUPUI’s Department of Music and Arts Technology.
Now change is in the air for the school. As IUPUI prepares to split in July, the music technology and therapy programs are serving as a test of what might come next for other parts of the university.

Reflections
Last week, some of my Mirror Indy colleagues and I attended about eight hours of training to become certified in Mental Health First Aid. I just wanted to give a newsletter shoutout to Ti’Gre McNear, who was an amazing trainer.
If anyone is interested in learning more about, check out the National Council for Mental Wellbeing’s website on the topic.
